We are human first and business forward.

Founder Kristy Wojnicki spent years working toward what she believed was the pinnacle of her career: Chief of Staff in HR and Talent Development. What she learned changed everything.

She wanted to understand decision-making at the top level, but as she began to burn out, she decided that decisions affecting people and culture needed to be driven by data and operational rigor, not by instinct or ego.

She envisioned company cultures where HR and talent leaders share their expertise while honoring those executing the strategies, so Kristy chose her values over status or security and created The WOJ Group. Now, she measures success by the durability of the systems she builds and their ability to support leaders and teams well beyond her involvement.
